All of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment.
Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to
hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations
when booking and canceling an appointment.

I strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all of my clients. When you book
your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or
reschedule your appointment​, I ask that all clients:
Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in
advance so that I may have the opportunity to reschedule another client.
​
** If you are sick, feeling unwell, symptoms of COVID, waiting on COVID test results
PLEASE RESCHEDULE or book at least 2 weeks out.**
​
• Cancellations & reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment (or less than 24
hours to your appointment) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
​
• Clients that fail to show or miss the appointment will forfeit their deposit. However, please know that if you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be shortened or canceled to accommodate the next client.
​
Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once
this charge is completed, you may then schedule a new appointment. If the card declines, a
hold will be put on your profile in our system.

ALL FEES must be paid before booking a new appointment
By having a card on file and reading and understanding the policy, you are giving
Sacred Remedy permission to charge your card
in the event of a late cancellation, and/or a no-show.
ETIQUETTE
​
ARRIVAL TIME: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled visit.
​
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS: Sacred Remedy is not responsible for items. Although we will do
our best to ensure your items are safe, please keep them with you.
​
CELL PHONES: Please leave all cell phones on vibrate or in airplane mode as to not disturb
others.
​
CONSULTATIONS: Consultations are always done before starting your treatment. Should you desire additional services please note that there may not be enough time in this session, and we may need to make another appointment.
​
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Expiration is 1 year from the purchase date. Gift Certificates are not
redeemable for cash and are nonrefundable. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards must be present at the time of service.
​
PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or traveler's
checks. Cash is accepted but you must have the exact change. Sacred Remedy does not have a cash drawer and will not provide change.
GUEST: Must be at least 18 years old to receive services. Anyone under 18 years of age will require a parent or guardian signature each time.
CHILDREN: Relaxing and enjoying your treatment is of the utmost importance to me. It is also
important that I am able to focus on your service. I ask that you leave your child/minor at home.
PLEASE NOTE: that it is at our discretion to stop a service or refuse a service, if the service
provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by a client, or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the client's information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition.
